At The Seed, we provide the infrastructure, coordination, and operational support needed so you can focus fully on leading your group.
Beyond logistics, we also offer access to a unique cultural and ceremonial ecosystem rooted in the traditions of Lake Atitlan. Our team works with trusted local practitioners to coordinate experiences such as Mayan ceremonies, cacao rituals, temazcal, wellness services, and other meaningful cultural encounters.
Meals are prepared fresh each day, highlighting seasonal ingredients and traditional flavors of Guatemala. The estate itself is designed to support a slower, more intentional way of living, with natural materials, open architecture, gardens, and lake views.
What we support
We coordinate specialty curated experiences through trusted local practitioners, allowing retreats to integrate meaningful cultural, ceremonial, and wellness elements without logistical complexity.
Traditional Mayan fire ceremonies, cacao rituals, plant medicine traditions, and temazcal are offered in collaboration with trusted local practitioners. These experiences are held with deep respect for the cultural heritage of Lake Atitlan and can be thoughtfully integrated into retreat programs.
Retreat leaders may incorporate a wide range of practices, from yoga, breathwork, and somatic movement to sound and therapeutic bodywork, supported by our local network of experienced facilitators when needed.
Meals at The Seed are prepared fresh each day by local hands using seasonal ingredients sourced from nearby farms and gardens. Our food is simple, nourishing, and designed to sustain clarity, energy, and presence throughout the retreat experience.
The Seed was created as a place where retreat leaders and small groups can step into a setting that feels both deeply supportive and quietly extraordinary.
Rather than simply providing a venue, we offer an environment where the practical aspects of retreat hosting are carefully held by our team, allowing leaders to focus fully on guiding their group.
What makes The Seed different
