a unique eco-luxury venue designed to host intimate wellness retreats, business mastermind retreats, and plant medicine retreats.
Our space offers the perfect balance of nourishment and comfort, set in a serene home-like setting. Surrounded by mystical gardens and nestled in the green mountains of Tzununa, overlooking the stunning Lake Atitlán, The Seed invites your group to slow down and reconnect with nature.
Our retreat pod, with three private homes, creates an ideal sanctuary for small, healing gatherings in a high-vibration environment where transformation happens naturally.
At a Glance
We have 3 houses in our eco-estate, with a 17 guests maximum capacity.
The Seed Villa, featuring four spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Maximum occupancy: 9 guests.
Casita Violeta, with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.
Casita Mimosa, with a mezzanine bedroom and a sofa bed in the downstairs living room, and one bathroom. Maximum occupancy: 3 guests.
Each house has its own kitchen and bathroom facilities, outdoor patios, sleek natural furniture and decor carefully crafted by us, with high-quality beds.
Retreat Hosting
When you host your retreat at The Seed you will enjoy the following:
Exclusive use of the entire villa and all its rooms and living areas for up to 7 guests
3 daily vegetarian meals for all guests
Exclusive use of our yoga shala
Access to our gardens, including ceremonial fire space and plunge pool
Unlimited purified spring water

One complimentary Temazcal - mayan sauna- session for your group
Wellness service coordination
Remote support of our host for any Seed concerning matters

Please note that when only renting the villa, the garden space and Temazcal might be used by guests staying in the other cottages. Should you need privacy and for us to block the property to other guests we are happy to accommodate this for a small fee.

Yoga Shala
Set in the rooftop of the Villa, this magnificent terrace serves as a one-of-a-kind yoga shala or workshop/event space.
This covered, open-air shala features panoramic views of the fertile, lush mountainside and sparkling blue lake.
There is a countertop and sink, that can accommodate a kitchenette as well as two large tables; all are available upon request for your workshop.
Meals At The Seed
At The Seed, you will be well nourished with delicious local, homemade nourishing foods. Our kitchen provides vegetarian buffet meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner, that can be made vegan upon request -extra charges apply-.
We source as many ingredients as possible directly from our property and local vendors, including fresh veggies and fruits, aromatic herbs and eggs from free-range hens.
Homemade baked goods, beautifully-presented dishes with fresh seasonal ingredients and yummy desserts will be served during your stay. Our flourishing garden provides teas and medicinal herbs and we proudly serve locally grown organic coffee.
Purified drinking water comes from a natural spring right here on the property and is available constantly.
Wellness Services
Your wellness journey at The Seed starts with our firewood fed Temazcal sanctuary; designed mimicking ancient sound temples its acoustics allow for true mystical singing journeys while in it. Fed with cuttings from the garden and built out of earth itself, its high vibration brings detoxifiying and letting go to another level.
Nestled in the gardens and coupled with a cold plunge-pool fed from our spring, we recommend a daily session for your group to be supported in its healing process. 1h Temazcal sessions have a cost of US 35, we are such fans of it that the first session for your group is on us.
To add the golden touch to your signature retreat experience, we have curated an extensive menu of holistic services provided onsite by our experienced, talented healers. Treatments include: Swedish, ayurvedic and a large array of specialty massages, energy work, flower essence counseling and natural facials.
